Our Rooms
Please be aware that ALL of our rooms are one bed only, either a Queen bed or King bed, depending on room type, and they ALL have a maximum room capacity of 2 people per room, that is including adults and children. You must book the right number of rooms for the right number of people. Contact us if you have any questions.
We offer a range of rooms to suit all needs, ranging from standard Double / Queen Rooms to our King Suite. All rooms offer a separate bathroom and a microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, wardrobe and complimentary toiletries.
We are also able to provide portacots for $15 per night (subject to availability) but unfortunately we cannot provide extra beds. Rooms have a strict room capacity and cannot be exceeded.
Queen Room
Our Queen Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They feature a Queen size bed and can sleep up to two people. With all the facilities you would need such as a microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery, large flat screen TV, iron and Ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries and split system air conditioning.
Our Queen Rooms are located on the ground floor and upstairs so if you have a preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Floor preference is not always available if required room has already been booked.
Our wheelchair access room is only available on the ground floor.
Queen Suite
Our Queen Suites offer a Queen size bed and can sleep up to two people. They also have a 2 seater Lounge for more comfort and are located at the rear of the building for more peace and quiet. They also offer a dining table and chairs, a microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc. With all the facilities you would need such as tea and coffee making facilities, large flat screen TV, iron and Ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries and split system air conditioning.
Our Queen Suites are located on the ground floor and upstairs so if you have a preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Floor preference is not always available if required room has already been booked.
King Room
Our King Room is spacious and comfortable. It features a King size bed and can sleep up to two people in total. With all the facilities you would need such as a microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery, large flat screen TV, iron and Ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries and split system air conditioning.
Our King Room is ONLY available upstairs.
King Suite
Our King Suite offers a King size bed and can sleep up to two people in total. It also has a Sofa for more comfort and is located at the rear of the building for more peace and quiet. It also offers a dining table and chairs, a microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc. With all the facilities you would need such as tea and coffee making facilities, large flat screen TV, iron and Ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries and split system air conditioning.
Our King Suite is ONLY available upstairs.
Local Food & Beverage
Due to having a multitude of eateries in the area that provide tasty and affordable meal options, we do not provide meals. Please note the North Kirra Surf Club is a 5 minute walk away and offer all guests a 10% discount on all food and beverage if you show your key at time of purchase.
